A fresh Tarakihi and brand new filet knife. The native NZers are lacking in their Frenchiness, and refer to it as a fill-it knife.

Every Saturday there is a fish market just around the corner from us. We've been enjoying the stuff straight off the boat. Matt, who is a little out of practice, has become the fish fileter at home.
